Experience Experience in the area 15 years Organizations Mortgage Brokerage Education/Credentials BS in Chemical Engineering, BA in Sales and Marketing. Licensed Loan Officer for 6 years and I have worked as a Loan Officer for 15 years.
Question Is there something I can do about a mortgage company calling my home 10-20 times a day. The payment is due on the first and that's when the calls start. It's not late until the sixteenth, but the calls start on the first nonstop all day long. I have been nice, rude, mean, and even requested that they stop calling because the payment is not late, but nothing works!!!!!!!!! What can I do????
Answer Hi,
Ask for their name and employee number and then a Manager. If that doesn't work, lodge a complaint with your local branch of Government for harassment. Also, let this company know that you are turning them in for harassment!
You might think about going with another company, if you can lower your rate by at least 1% or $100 a month.
