Financing -- Loans - Theft of Property Real and Personal by lawyers

Expert: Bobbi Buehl - 3/26/2008

Question
How do you recommend would be the best way to directly contact Bank
Chairman to advise lawyers have committed (knowingly) criminal acts, among
others, that unlawfully took property when there was no contract/debt/security
interest and the records establish the executive participated and authorized?

Answer
Hello,

I guess it would depend how accurate your proof is, that there was a theft involved.

If you have solid and convincing proof, then my recommendation would be to contact the immediate family of this atrocity first, and then advise them to contact a Lawyer outside of your local. I would then contact the Bar Association, hopefully the Lawyer would advise this plan of action. If he doesn't, then I would look for another Lawyer who will!

I'd also contact the Dept. of Finance in the local where the theft occurred and inform them that there was a theft of Real Estate  property involving the Lawyer(s) and the Executive of record for the Estate .

Hope this helps you bring any wrong doer's to the door of Justice!!

Good luck, and please let me know the outcome if you would... :)
