Question
We are trying to refinance our 14+ acre hobby farm.  I'm medical/retired (39 years auto sales) wife is bartender.  We're being told, we can't get an FHA loan because we had $1600 income from farming (sale of sweet corn) because of deductions, income from farming was -$4000+ Is this true?
Thank you,
T. Williams
