Question
Hi i am looking into buying a coffee shop.  The business is in a leased space and it is for the business and property that they own in the leased space.  They are currently asking $70,000 for it.  I am not in a position to have money to put down on this and am wondering if you have any ideas where I might be able to find financing for this if possible.  If you have any ideas please let me know.

Answer
Here is an idea...

Consider why Starbucks is closing 1,000 coffee shops...

Consider why this on eis up for sale...

I would think that if it were a good business, a good location, a money maker, it would never be for sale.

Reconsider.

It may be the worst bargain that you may be able to buy.
