Financing -- Loans/Follow-Up on Fax

Question
Hi Mike, Were you able to determine anything after reviewing my fax from last Friday?  We also received a letter from M&I Bank regarding our delinquent Jeep Payment so there is one more document to add to the pile.  Our lawyer was a "No Show" last week and we have been reluctant to pursue his services since. However, we are very interested in continuing/seeking your counsel if your offer still stands. Please advise. Thanks again! Tina

Answer
Unless you got a sincere apology and an explanation for the no show, I would stay away from that lawyer.  You will need to call the number 866-46-355 and ask about the status of your request for reliemade in April.  If they can't find you, tell them you have authorized them to talk to me about your application.  Ask them to call me to discuss this matter.  If they do not want to call me, ask them when it is convenient for me to call and the person I need to speek with and their direct line.
