I own my home free and clear.
The value of it is around $190,000.
I net monthly around $3,500.
I was just turned down by The Lending Tree.
Do you have any suggestions where I should apply?

FYI: I would not try The Lending Tree or any other online “lending” sources that promise you to blast your request to 1000s of lenders that will compete for your loan. It is just a lead generation service. They sell your request for a price to 100s of banks. Bank will sort loan requests received during the day and, naturally, will choose to call only the best one. And what you would do if you have 200 loan requests per day?

It is hard to find real service this way.
