I have a question about any loan programs, and where to receive the best loans.  I am 18 years old, I have no credit, but I am looking to borrow some money for property investment.  I am contacting you to ask if you know of any government programs, or any loan programs that might be useful for me.  I am looking to invest in property, with hopefully no money down, and then I would like to grow timber on the property.  I am a college student, and I was just seeing if you knew of any programs out there for me.

I am sorry to break bad news, but you must build your credit first and save money for down payment to get the loan.

Grants? I am not sure. Check the official government website: www.grants.gov
