Question
I have a home based small engine repair      business which ha sbeen open for 2 years.My business has grown quite a bit this year and is getting to large for my shop. I would appreciate any advice on gov't, private loans or grants to be able to lease a larger shop and expand my business. Thank You.

Dear Greg:

You should apply for expansion loan.  SBA loan. Call your local banks and ask which one will finance your business type.
