Question
WOW . . . what an answer . . . you could have elaborated a little more.  If I should try for money (or grants of some kind) what would be the minimum??  Please try and help.  I am getting no help from the government site for PA.  No one seems to want to help with showing me the direction that I need to take.  Thanks Christina

-----Question-----
Hi.  I want to start a small Hotdog shop and the only overhead we will have will probably be under 10000.  I know my credit isn't the best but it is not the worst either (probably around 600 - 650)  will that be a problem for me to get government issued loans or grants of some kind and where do i begin to look for these grants or loans.  I am also a survivor of a cancer patient (my mother died about 10 years ago)  are there any grants out there to help for me being a survivor?  I know the government offers a lot of different types of grants.  Please advise asap.  Thanks Christina
-----Answer-----
Sorry - there are no grants for you.

The loan of 10,000 is too small for a bank. Finance your company with the business cards (fast and flexible):

Answer
As I explained earlier the best solution for you is a credit card:

You can see by yourself that there are no grants for a survivor of a cancer patient: www.grants.gov. If somebody is telling you otherwise - be careful, check official BBB warning about phony grants:

The absolute minimum for business loan is $25,000 - and it is not readily available. You may try to apply for a microloan - I don't know who does it in your state (call SBA office), but again considering your credit score and type of business I don't think you have a good chance.

The food business is the riskiest one, so your chances to receive loan is minimum. Don't spend your time on something you could not get. Credit cards is your best option.
