Question
When it comes to relationships I sometimes become distant. With girls I date I don't call them for weeks at a time and I was once troubled by public affection. How can i stay out of my own head long enough to prevent this? I want to establish intimacy.
I have read the book "Staying in the Now" and I find that I can experience life behind the thoughts in my mind and take a step back to experience what is.
Ultimately I want Love peace and harmony. But more specifically I want to give this back through my music to other people.
I want to perform for people, sing and play music for the joy of it. I need to take voice lessons and start writing my own music which will eventually lead to my band.(touring/albums) I want to be open to all sounds and not criticize them, have my opinions, but ultimately accept them for what they are.
I want to be a good friend and have friends. I want to find purpose in life. I want to cherish the things I have. I want to learn (read the bible/religion philosophy history)
