Could you please tell me any information on "Muffins" a print from a picture painted by Edwin Douglas, engaved by J.C. Webb;Dated 1887(Library of Congress)? Description; black image on  thick white stock, of his wife,in formal ware, It's pretty old, I'm guessing a first issue printing, lithograph?

Answer
Hello Scott,  A website created by Valerie Martin of Findon, West Sussex, U.K. details the life of artist Edwin Douglas.  A page titled  '1886 Edwin Douglas in the States' specifiically mentions the print 'Muffins.'  Her website address is www.findonvillage.com/inded.htm .  Cheers, Brent
