Fine Art/Dali - A Shattering Entrance to the USA

I have a Dali I bought from Sotherbys (around the time they were experimenting with on-line bidding with the likes of ebay in April 2000). It's from the "After 50 years of Surrealism" series and called "A Shattering Entrance to the USA".
It's marked AEA on the front-lower-left (pencil), and pencil signed Dali on the lower right. It has the Transworld Art, New York blind stamp in the lower left corner. The picture is 11 3/4" x 15 3/4" (paper is 19 3/4 x 25 3/4). The color isn't strong (I've seen brighter blues/yellows in the poster version).
The Paper is watermarked ARCHES with FRANCE below (no infinity sign).
It says (c) SALVADOR DALI (c) TRANSWORLD ART on the lower back. I know that there are a lot of fakes around but this looks to have all the right attributes. Any idea on authenticity and value (I have the Sotherbys Property Certificate, but not sure whether that means much.

Of course they have to be examined to determine authenticity. They sound good, but text info is not the same as examining them or looking at close up photos of details etc.

Are you selling?  If so, send all text from here along with your interest in selling to:

I can answer questions about Salvador Dali. While I cannot do FREE APPRAISALS, I might be able to help you sell your works. I can also help with Chagall, Miro, Picasso and other 20th Century Masters.

Questions about a type of art or medium can be answered with one response in most cases. Technical issues are easier to deal with than specifics about an artist. If you need help finding values or history on an artist, it will probably involve research that can sometimes take hours to complete. If you have more than one image to send, I will give you an alternate email address as this system cannot handle multiple images.
