Fine Art/Value or worth of painting, history

We have a painting with a name of F. Arnold on the bottom right corner. The painting matting is called Silver Night.  There is a name on the frame which says Copyrite by Louis Wolff & Co. Ltd.
846 or 8 Tottenham Court Road, London W

Hello Ron,

I have browsed through a few art databases to look up auction records for this artist.  Assuming that you have a unique painting by F. Arnold, his paintings look to sell for around $500. However, I do believe that Louis Wolff & Co. Ltd was a publishing house that created high quality prints after unique original works.  Given this information, it is likely that you have a high quality reproductive print, in which case the work would have no real collectible value (mostly decorative).

I hope that this information can be of some assistance.
