Fine Art/rudolf lesch

I have a print with a label on the back that has 4 lines on it and states:
1st line     2198
2nd line     Rudolf Lesch Fine arts Inc.
3rd line     Shelley Sunbirds
4th line      Pochior Hand - Coloring

Was wondering if you could tell me anything about it such time era from, exactly what it is or possibly a rough value or lead me in the right direction

Hello Dennis,
Pochoirs are considered original prints with the hand coloring. Unfortunately I cannot tell you more without knowing the artist. Rudolph Lesch was an art dealer; not an artist. Do you have an artist's name?
Either way, it has value based on being an original print.
Kind regards,

Fine Art
