Fine Art/Richard Florsheim litho?

Moored Boats
I recently purchased this at an auction.  Paid a dollar for it. I thought it was a lithograph, but after opening it up I realized that it isn't numbered.  Aren't all lithos numbered?
I guess my question is could this be the original?

Notice the indentation in the paper. This gives the impression that this was printed using an etching or engraving plate that was hard pressed into the paper. Also, the brown color is a result of bad framing, the acid from the mat that was used damaged the rag style paper. That looks like reeves or similar paper, so it would have to be restored, that is tricky as they used toxins to clean the paper. So it looks like a signed print, but curious why there is no edition number lower left, unless it is faded and I can't see it? With some digging, history for this print should be cataloged somewhere... I'll check more.

I can answer questions about Salvador Dali. While I cannot do FREE APPRAISALS, I might be able to help you sell your works. I can also help with Chagall, Miro, Picasso and other 20th Century Masters.

Questions about a type of art or medium can be answered with one response in most cases. Technical issues are easier to deal with than specifics about an artist. If you need help finding values or history on an artist, it will probably involve research that can sometimes take hours to complete. If you have more than one image to send, I will give you an alternate email address as this system cannot handle multiple images.
