This painting (supposedly original)  was found in Lebanon. Apparently it was lost during the war and not much details were given. I have attached the back page (?) which might be helpful. It will be great if you can identify anything about this painting, since we have no clue at all... Thank you.

What you have is an unknown artists rendition of "Bathsheba at the Fountain" that was originally created by Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) in 1632. Here is a link to the wiki page on the work so you can see the details:
