Question
"A Scratch Park" should be "A Scratch Pack". The picture is
of a young girl on a pony with dogs running beside her, and
picture of an adult male on a horse in the right background.

Answer
That helps.  Here's a page w/ the print.

"Engraved by A.C.Alais after a picture by Charles Burton Barber"

I should say, however, that based on your first description I almost get the feeling that the original painting was somehow a 'public domain' image donated by the estate of the original owner.  This may or may not be the case, but it might be worth a visit to LOC.gov.  What I mean to say is that A.C. Alais may have been the engraver of the piece in the link i sent you, but it is/was such a popular image that multiple companies may have been producing the same image.
