Fine Art/Van Gaard Painting

Question
I found a cityscape oil painting on board by Van Gaard. Its about a 16x20" Does anyone know of its worth?

Answer
Hello Scott,

Van Gaard is short for Van Gaard Studios a factory art studio operated by Lee Reynolds Burr. He was director of Vanguard Studios in the 60s and signed some work as Van Gaard.

Works like this are, in my opinion. not fine art for they were mass produced by a number of artists, therefore they have very little value - under US$50.00.
