Some of the greatest painters, used at that time pseudonyms.

Even the greatest.., Van Gogh.

At that time , they just wanted to sell..[good reason to use a pseudo].

You need an expertise.

Good luck.

In my opinion, the painter is someone in that time, or a great copier...which does not make a big difference.
