Question Sir,
i am trying to get information on a print i have. on the front of the print it is signed westal. on the back it say's WINDE FINE PRINTS "GOLDEN DAY'S" BY WESTAL. NO. 213 SIZE 16" X 20"
Answer Dear James, I have never heard of the artist or the print company. However, it sounds like a 4-color offset lithograph. Look at it through a loop or high powered magnifying glass. You will probably see rows of dots where there is color. Good luck.
