My oddest "call" was at my company picnic, in a remote area, when someone at the picnic had heart failure. While trying to perform CPR I was also giving directions to ALS and BLS to get to the scene.

Question Hi, I'm George Simpson I'm 18 years old and I'm interested in becoming a firefighter/EMT... The only problem i see everyone sayimg"you cannot have a juvenile record". So does this mean that I'm unable to get a job as a fire fighter and or EMT?

Each municipality and/or State's civil service laws may be different.
I would go forwrad with your pursuit and be honest about your background IF the subject comes up. Never volunteer negative information in an interview unless asked. When asked, be honest, say as little as possible to get your point across.
