Subject: CUT FINGER

Question
Is it possible to cut a finger to the bone and have no bleeding?  One of my employees had a "workers comp" claim for a cut to the finger that had no blood.  Thanks

Answer
Gretchen,

The only way that I can see that this would be possible is if the sharp object was very hot and cauterized the wound as it went through. Otherwise there would be some bleeding from the wound if only capillary.
