Answer You don't have a lot of options for dates at your age since you're not in the financial position to afford high end places. You could try taking her to IHOP or Denny's since it's a lot better than McDonalds and some other fast food place. If finances are an issue invite the girl over for pizza and a movie it's not unusual to see teens do stuff like this plus you're not worrying your parents and makes them feel more comfortable knowing you're not just out wandering the streets.
