Question One of his eyes is buldging and is cloudy. ive had him for just over a year and he has been happy and healthy and goes cray when i shake hi food above his tank. yesterday morning i noticed he had lost some colour in tha face and his eye was buldged he know longer gets excited for feeding time. and all he does is sit an a corner near the top of his tank and everyonce in awhile get some air. could this have anything to do with his friend snail?
Answer Hello Shalene-
It sounds like Wurgle has an infection called "pop eye." This disease is rarely fatal, so you can probably cure Wurgle without much trouble. You might want to buy some aquarium salt and some Melafix, and you'll need to get Erythromycin (an antibiotic) or Maracyn II. You can find both at PetsMart. Follow the treatment instructions and you should be fine.
