Fish & Seafood - fish

Expert: Greg Shreenan - 2/3/2008

Question
how can we cock the fish with potato
thanks

Answer
Shamiram, thank you for allowing me an opportunity to help you with your seafood question.

The best answer that I can give you since I do not know exactly what kind of fish or how you are preparing it is to pan fry your potatoes.

You can start by peeling the potatoes if you are using brown or russet potatoes or you can use new potatoes with the thin skin (red or white) if that is the case then you don't have to peel them.

Cut the potatoes into small chunks about the size of the end of your thumb and coat them with olive oil and what ever your favorite seasoning is,I usually use whatever seasoning salt I have, and then brown them in the frying pan.

You then can serve them with the fish.  I hope that was helpful.  Please let me know if I can help any further.

Your friend, the fish guy

Greg
