I apologize that I have been out of town and I am just now getting back to my computer.

I have to admit that I have no experience with spoonbill.  I did some searching on google and found a nice website. I am sure that you have seen it. I have included the link below. There are a few recipes there.  It looks like the folks at the website really know what they are talking about. Sorry that I could not be of more help.
