Fish & Seafood - orange roughy

Expert: Sherman D. - 6/20/2008

Question
i have a .92oz fillet of orange roughy and i was looking for suggestions on as to what might be the best fruit or anything else to season/give it extra flavor with. perhaps you can recommend something that'll really make the most of my fishy piece of gold. only saying it like that since im quite well aware that orange roughy is considered (to my knowledge anyway) to be one of the top 10 fish for flavor and everything else that ties into that. well so, when you get this please do reply. Manuel

Answer
some season salt, nature's seasons, or maybe come lemon and pepper spice.

You can also try some maybe light orange glaze.

or you can juse google orange roughy recipes and it will give you a bunch of them.

go to http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/orange-roughy and click on any of the pictures and it will give you a recipe for it.

you can also try allrecipes.com
