Hi. How long can I leave cooked blue crabs in the refrigerator until they spoil???

Debra, I apologize for being late on this one.  I have been out of town for a week and failed to set up the auto vacation notice.  Please accept my sincerest apologies.

Blue Crab does not keep well at all.  Generally speaking I tell people 1-2 days tops and smell it on the 2nd day.

You will have better results if you take all of the edible meat out of the shell when you store it.
