Fish & Seafood - samon

Question
hi can you tell me if i can re freeze samon after i have cooked it,  meny thanks  frances

Answer
Hi Frances,

You can freeze it if you want to save it for a salad or perhaps to flavor a soup or use it for stock.

The trouble with freezing any cooked fish is that it will get very mushy after it is thawed and it is not very appealing generally speaking.

Thanks for your question.

Your Friend the fish guy,

Greg
