Question Hi I was wondering if you know the best way to cook fish eyes for eating?
Also are raw squid and octopuss legs dangerous raw (not eaten, just if touched by the mouth?)
thanks
Answer Hi Ben, thanks for your question. I have never cooked fish eyes as a separate menu item, only as part of a whole fish, grilled, broiled, steamed or pan-fried. I can't honestly tell you which is better because I have never eaten a fish eye. My husband and daughter love them but I haven't tried them myself. Are you able to buy them separately from the fish, or do you want to cook them with the whole fish?
And as far as I know raw squid and octopus are not dangerous. Enjoy!
