Fish & Seafood/Lobster tail


I received 8 lobster tails on Friday afternoon.  I placed them in the refrigerator then.  By the time I cook them they will have been in there 72 hrs.  I am cooking them Monday.  Have I ruined them?  If not, is there a way I should prepare them?

They should be absolutely fine. The best way to tell is by smell. They should not have an "off" odor. They may smell like the ocean but not like low tide. Broiling is one of the best ways to cook lobster tail but I also like them poached in butter or grilled.
