Question
I have 20lbs fresh shrimp from the gulf. Our favorite is stuffed bacon wrap shrimp. Can I make them and then freeze them?

Answer
Hi Ginger,
Yes you can, just make sure you wrap them tightly in freezer wrap or freezer paper and then place them in a zip-loc freezer bag.  Date the bag and use them within about 6 weeks.  Once you thaw and use them, the quality won't be quite as good as when they're made fresh, but it'll be very close.
Good Luck,
Chris
