Question
my question is I have an old fly rod with the company called wilson International fly rod made in great britian is there any company that can fix these rods in united states or another country.

Hi Kyle,

Yes, most professional rod builders will be able to fix your rod.  Those who don't work on bamboo will most likely know someone else who can fix it.  Look in the phone book, ask at local tackle stores or ask someone who belongs to a local fishing club for the names of local rod builders.

If you can't locate one, send me a note at joe@blackdogtackle.com and I'll try to help you find someone in your area.  I know a lot of rod builders around the country.
