Question
My uncle had a 6', 2 section fiberglass Sheakespeare casting rod model 1190.M. Is this rod still available and if so where can he purchase one? He also would like to purchase a reel - 1970 President, model FC, or have the one he has repaired. Can you please advise us where he can get these things?

Answer
Greetings,

I don't know if the rod is still available. I would think they would be available on e-bay. You might have to save a search and wait for one to be listed. Make your search cover many different ways a seller could list it. Turn the e-mail notification on and be patient for the right one at the right price to be available.

To get your reel repaired contact Chuck at the Sportsman's Repair in Mosinee, Wisconsin, he is very good and friendly. http://www.sportsmansrepair.com/ Tell him I sent you.
