Question
Occasionally the pedalling action seems to 'slip' as happens on a conventional cycles with worn chain or teeth on a cog, yet the manual makes no mention of any need for routine servicing?

Thanks,
Michael

Answer
you need to adjust the tension in the drivebelt by adjusting the tensioner located inside the shroud you will need to remove pedals to remove shroud just make drive belt tighter very easy to figure out once you remove the shroud.. Thanks Steve Buckman Fitness Service and Parts
