Unfortunately, I'm not aware of an address where you CAN write to Christine McVie at this point in time. She's a rather private person, living a rather secluded life in rural England at this point.
I tried looking up the site connected with her most recent solo album, "In The Meantime," but I no longer have the link (maybe, by this time, the site is also gone? I think, if you have not yet tried that, then that might be your best best.
Otherwise, in the other places I've checked, I've had just as much luck as you have.
If I see anything in the future, I'll keep this question in mind and update it for you!
