Question I have a vinyl tile in the kitchen i want to replace. I know I can not put any product down (due to thickness) since I have a built in refride, that may have to be pulled out in the future. I think the congoleum product would work, however, i want a certified installer to look at the project before I buy. How do I find one? Additionally, I do not know if the floor should be laid before I place new countertops down, since there is also a built in dishwasher. Can you advise?
