Experience

I have been in the hard surface flooring industry for over 22 years. I have installed various hard surface flooring materials including hardwood flooring and ceramic wall & floor tile so can answer questions related to those surfaces. I have also installed other hard surface materials including plastic laminate and resilient flooring (vinyl). I have also worked in the manufacturing sector as a product manager and as Strategic Business Unit Manager for product development for Bona USA involved in the development of their hardwood floor finishes, wood floor care products and wood floor adhesives. I currently work for UFLOOR Systems, Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of self-leveling compounds, moisture mitigation products, flooring adhesives, wood floor finishes and wood floor care products. I also own my own sales agency representing 2 specialty ceramic tile lines, 2 hardwood flooring lines as well as representing UFLOOR Systems products.
