Question
I have vinyl type deck covering and there were spots of tar here and there over it. We've tried all sorts of cleaning products and have been able to remove the tar(with paint thinner) There are brownish spots remaining on the deck covering. This is a condo and I've had the builder look after itas it's a new building. Hope you can help
                Thank you M. Hillyer

Answer
A "sure fire" remedy I cannot offer...but I can recommend more attempting products.  WD40, carburator cleaner, brake cleaner, simple green, quick n brite.  All of these have the potential to remove that spot.
ps...I have been trying to answer this for several days....Allexperts was down.
