Question
you talk about a leader and a tippet whats the difference

Answer
Hello,
The leader is the entire line that extends from the end of the fly line (usually monofilament) and it is what you tie your fly to. The tippet is the last 18"-24" of your leader that attaches to the fly. Tippet is usually the thinner portion of the leader.

I hope this helps,
Gary
