Hello,
Im looking for companies that sell sprouted nuts and seeds.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have not heard of sprouting nuts. Two companies that sell seeds, and may sprout some, are:Specialty Commodities 701-282-8222 and McClancy Seasoning 800-843-1968. Sprouts are perishable, so many who use them make them in house. For nuts to sprout, they would have to be viable, but most are roasted or dried, which would kill them. You could try with raw nuts, I suppose. It is not hard to sprout seeds - just wet them and keep them warm and in the dark. Malt is sprouted barley and may be the largest volume such item.
