Expert: Jim Pfister - 10/28/2009
Question Jim,
how do I go about finding a research and development company in San Diego to help me develop a line of tartar sauce's
Answer Bill,
You should clarify which kind of help you need. Help with formulating? Help with pilot manufacturing? Help with labeling and packaging design?
In any case, you will likely wind up talking with three organizations ( all of which, btw, have web sites): the IFT (Inst of Food Technologists), the CPA ( Contract Packers Assn ), and the Private Label Packers Assn.
