Question
Hello! Is it true that some products are exempt from labeling nutrition info. My homemade product is an Spicy Hawaiin Catsup.
Label on back has ingredients.
Answer Edward,
I haven't heard that, but I know the regs do vary in some states.
However, I am wondering why you would want to do this? People are accustomed to reading labels now, ESPECIALLY for something they've never bought before. Human nature being what it is, if you don't disclose, they'll think you've something to hide.
