Food Engineering/Manufacturing/Aluminium Bottle Safety

Hello, I am developing a marshmallow dessert sauce for my small business, and I need to know if there are any potential problems, or things I should be aware of with packaging into aluminium bottles?

I do not think you will have any issues with aluminum bottles. I assume you will hot fill. Aluminum will cool faster than will glass, but if you use a heated tunnel to hold the containers, there will be no difference. Your sauce should not be corrosive.
