Food Engineering/Manufacturing/co-packer california dry mixes

I have looked in vain for a dry food co-packer in California. Do you have any suggestions? We make a gluten free cookie and brownie mix. Thank you

Here are some web sites for possible co-manufacturers.

Another possible source is the food science department at UC Davis. There should be an extension professor who knows the state food industry. Try Charlie Shoemaker and use my name. There must be a few dry mix companies; the issue could be packaging or minimum run size.
