I'm looking for a copacker for samosas/empanadas (frozen pastry). I'd prefer someone located in the southeast.

Florida, Univ. of Georgia, Clemson, North Carolina State, and LSU all have food science departments whose faculty know the local food industry and who might be qualified for your products.
