Food Engineering/Manufacturing/Manufacturing vinaigrette salad dressing

Dear Mr. Pfister:

Thank you for taking my question.  I have a vinaigrette salad dressing that I would like to have manufactured to be sold in grocery stores.  I have made this dressing for years and my friends and family love it.  I am beginning my research to find out what, if any, additional ingredients are required once you manufacture, ie: are additives required.  I would prefer if possible not to have any additives, and hope that the vinegar would act as a natural preservative for the fresh ingredients that are included.  How would I search online or find someone that can help me?

Thank you

I would search trade associations.  I am not sure which one applies here, but you cam always start with the GMA (Grocery Mfgs Assoc.)

There is also probably a natural foods group that might be able to help.

BTW, if you find someone, please let me know who so we can put that knowledge out to all.
