Food Engineering/Manufacturing/Instant Clearjel

If I can not add more sugar to the mix, how is the best and fastest way and equipment to perfectly blend 6 Kg of instant clearjel into a 132 gal mix to create a creamy consistency product?

A small Likwifier might do the job. It is a mix tank with a bottom entering high shear agitator sold by Breddo of Kansas City. There are many used units available. Another approach is a recirculating high shear mixer like one by Silverson or Quadro. The issue with gelatin is fish eyes, which require high shear to disperse.
