Dear sirs,
Is there any additives require in mfg dry roasted peanuts commercially?
What is the latest method of roasting peanuts?
Why they use " dry" words?
Is it true that split peanuts have good roasting then whole ?

I can give you some info. The two types of roast and wet and dry. Wet uses hot oil, dry uses hot air.  Nowadays, I would say that dry is preferred.
Split nuts are usually rejects. It would be harder to control because there's more surface area than with a whole nut.
