Do you know of any companies in Gerogia and/or Louisiana that would make - bottle and label sauces using my recipies?

Answer
Barbecue sauces are pretty generic, so there are not many differences among them. The Private Label  Manufacturers Association in New York phone 212 972 3131 email info@plma.com can probably steer you to candidates for either buying their formula or making yours. I do not know personally any such companies in those states.
